ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - Police say more than 20 people have been taken to different hospitals after a serious multi-vehicle collide involving a bus in Atlantic City.
Six of the injured are possibly in critical condition, and the bus driver was ejected during the collide, police said. The majority of the hurt were taken to Atlantic City Medical Center.
Police said the collide on inbound Route 40 near West End Avenue was first reported at 11:25 a.m.
SkyFox over the scene showed the bus with serious front-end damage was off to the side of the road, a gold car was deficiently damaged, and injured persons were being taken from a white SUV.
Multiple citizens were also seen being taken in wheelchairs to waiting ambulances.
Police said the bus is owned by a Brooklyn, N.Y., company, but they did not reveal who the bus occupants were or where they were headed.
