Revealed: The World's Most Polluting Cars


The Lamborghini Murcielago has been named 2010's the majority polluting car, being five times not as good as than the greenest - the Toyota iQ.

The super car emits as much CO2 per year as would felling a football pitch-sized woods of trees, according to the Environmental Transport Association (ETA).

It also produces five times the carbon per kilometer than greenest car of the year, the Toyota iQ.

Over 12 months the Toyota only emit as much CO2 as would be engrossed by a forest the size of three tennis courts, says the ETA.

The group looked at 5,000 models, ranking them on power, emission, fuel competence and noise creation, in order to aid consumers choose the greenest vehicles.
